Helen Burnett Nichols is a freelance financial journalist and copywriter. She approached Mintium to build a new website that was unique and creative but was also a cms based website that she could update herself. We came up with a creative concept that was unique and eye-catching but was also easily updateable by through the wordpress admin interface. We also incorporated all the seo techniques of tagging images with alt text, page keywords and descriptions and proper use of header tags.
Little Prints Day Care

Little prints day care is an established day care center in North York. They approached Mintium to help create a brand identity and online presence. We worked with the board to create a brand identity that signified the fun and learning culture at little prints day care. The website was built with a custom CMS system based on .Net and MS Sql database. We incorporated the use of Jquery for the slideshows on the hompage instead of flash to improve load times. The website also had a news ticker on the homepage that is used to make announcements to parents and visitors to the website.
Jaye Robinson

Jaye Robinson is a city councillor at ward 25 in Toronto. We helped create a brand identity and web presence for Jaye’s 2010 city council election campaign. Our online marketing strategies combined with social media presence created an awareness about her campaign and candidacy. Jaye went on to win the elections and we proceeded to convert her campaign website to a council website where she connects to the residents in her ward about current issues. The website was built on the wordpress cms so that it was easy to manage and update without extensive technical knowledge.
Stanford Academic Institute

Stanford Academic institute approached Mintium to develop a cms based website for their school in Kitchener. We build a cms based website in .Net and MS Sql that was easily updateable by the staff. The website had an English and a Chinese version. We worked closely with the founder and director of the institute to create a brand identity and a website that represented the high standard of education at Stanford Academic Institute.

Bentley
Targeted primarily at the young male audience, this series of ads makes the distinction
between successful people and successful people who drive a Continental GT. "Define Yourself"
attempts to engage the audience by having them reflect on who they are.
This second series takes a traditional approach by featuring the aggressive styling of
the newly designed Continental GT. It was an opportunity to highlight some technical
features while reinforcing the emotion of owning a Bentley.
Gallo Corporate Seminar
Gallo is a well known winery that produces some of the world's best wines. In this project, Mintium was asked to design an invite for corporations to attend Gallo's events. The invitations designed were representative of the brand of wines that Gallo stands for and impressed many of the invitees.
Frank O. Gehry Catalog
During the exhibition of Frank O Gehry at Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Mintium designed this limited edition catalog to showcase this world famous architect's work around the world. The cover was printed on metallic paper to celebrate Gehry's love for metals.
Design Farm
This simple stationery program for an interior design firm plays off the name of the studio with illustrations of farm life.
Hong Kong Airport
The new airport, designed by famed architect Norman Foster, was the latest addition to Hong Kong's collection of architectural wonders. As such, the Airport Authority wanted to make reference to its form for their new identity. Knowing that the identity would be seen by people from all around the world, the new mark became an expression of pride for the Airport Authority as well as Hong Kong.

Armed with a new identity, this corporate brochure for Pacific Century CyberWorks was an overview of their corporate structure and their various services. Stock photography was used to illustrate the content but presented in a way that reinforced their new identity.

Hong Kong Logo
The "City of Life" signature for the Hong Kong Tourist Association was part of a city wide campaign that also included their overseas operations in an co-operative effort to promote Hong Kong as the destination of choice. This signature was created to spear head a new 2 year initiative and was designed to express the often contradicting spirit of the city. From the bright neon lights that can be seen on any city street to the traditional rendition of brush lettering that pays homage to their Asian heritage combine to create a vibrant authenticity that is uniquely Hong Kong.
Urban Village
Eating healthy is a major concern today and consumers are looking for organic food and products. To compete in the organic food market, Urban Village approached Mintium to come up with a refreshing and creative brand that would stand out among it's competitors and catch the eye of the health conscious consumer.

Everyone knows Quiznos. That's the place for subs, soups and salads; toasting up favorites like the famous “Classic Italian” for over 30 years. Quiznos has developed a reputation for innovative food, delicious recipes and quirky, humorous advertising. To promote their new 5 4 3 value meals, Quiznos hosted an online competition to create a viral video. Mintium partnered with FOA for the competition and won the Editor's Pick award and Crowd Favorite award.
